The Deep Sea Supply hydration bladder allows a diver using a twinset to conveniently store 400ml of liquid for use before, during or after diving. The DSS hydration bladder fits neatly in the 'V' formed between the two tanks of a twin set, the wing then sits over the bladder and then the backplate is finally placed on. At each end of the bladder is a reinforced mounting hole, the spacing between the two holes is 11" so the DSS hydration bladder fits perfectly on standard band bolts.
The bladder itself is made from heavy gauge virgin polyurethane film with is welded together using radio frequencies to provide a bag that is impenetrable from the outside and wont leak from the inside. The hose fitted to the bladder is the perfect length for running up being the wing and the along the low pressure inflator hose. From personal experience this works well as the hose is neatly retained during the dive and it is easily removed and used by untucking it from the lowest band of bungee. The silicone bite mouthpiece provides a high flow rate meaning the regulator is out of your mouth for the shortest period of time.
