This tool provides an extremely clean sharp cut, it can be stored easily within reach and deployed in an emergency to cut line if entangled or harness straps when dekitting a diver.  It comes with 2 spare blades (more are available) which are very easy to replace.  The cutter is rated for use with line, cord and webbing up to 8mm thick but will cut items much much bigger, please see the video below.
