Dry gloves are the perfect addition to any drysuit as they provide maximum warmth to the hands for prolonged periods of time. The complete dry glove system from Northern Diver allows dry gloves to be quickly attached and detached from a suit for easy kitting up. Although slightly more bulky that thin wetsuit gloves Northern Diver dry gloves keep your hands so much warmer that it easy to manipulate pieces of gear even in very cold water or during long run times.
The Complete dry glove system from Northern Diver can be fitted to both neoprene and latex wrist seals from any manufacturer. Two sets of rings, each of a different thickness are supplied to allow the locking rings to be fitted to suits with differing seal thicknesses. Northern Diver dry gloves feature a unique double locking feature that is extremely secure but can be undone easily without any assistance.
The complete dry glove system includes a pair of anatomically shaped PVC coated cotton gloves. These PVC gloves are resistant to abrasion and chemicals but are not good at resisting cuts or punctures, so hands off that spidge! They are however, cheap and easy to replace so a hole is a glove is only an issue during one dive. Thermal fleece liners are included in the package, these are vital as they act like the undersuit for the drygloves. The PVC gloves are not inherently warm so these fleece gloves are perfect for keeping feeling in your fingers.
