Returning unwanted, wrong size or faulty goods

  1. No quibble 14 day money back guarantee - provided it hasn't been used, or activated and the original packaging is still pristine, contact us, return the goods and once checked we'll refund your account minus any postage costs. This period is extended to 28 days for orders placed between the 1st of December and the 1st of January. 
  2. If any product that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct size for you then we will exchange it for the correct size provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing (if applicable) "as new" within 14 days. If there is a problem then contact Aquanauts immediately to speak to one of our team.
  3. If any product that is purchased is faulty we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us. The replacement is at the discretion of the management/technician. Please note that fault during use, such as flooding, may require goods to be returned to manufacturer for warranty confirmation.
  4. We want you to be confident that you have the full support of our technical team when making a purchase and that should any product prove to be faulty we will ensure it is repaired and returned to you with the least disruption. Should you believe that any product you have purchased from us is faulty, first contact us letting us know the problem, giving us as much detail as you can and one of our team will let you know of the best action to take. If the item needs to be returned we will do everything to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. (This will not affect your statutory rights).
  5. Please contact Aquanauts before returning any unwanted items. A full refund (minus the cost of posting the item to you) can be issued for any unused returned goods. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for goods that were a special order.
  6. Please contact Aquanauts before returning any items. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then a free exchange can be made. Postage will not be free on the return item.
  7. When returning goods please enclose the receipt, and a return’s note (with the member of staff spoken to on the phone) and all contact details (including daytime phone), and a note of why the goods are being returned. It is essential that this is filled out and attached to your original receipt when returning the item. If you do not enclose this information then your request will not be processed.
  8. Please be aware that any bag damaged in transit on an airline is the responsibility of the airline and NOT the manufacturer. We advise all customers to report any damage/compensation directly to the airline.

 

Christmas Returns:

  1. The deadline for  christmas returns is Friday 10th January.
  2. Aquanauts cannot accept any return of any goods for any reason until the online team are back in the office on 2nd January.
  3. If you wish to return goods to Aquanauts please first contact our online team to receive an authorisation number which must be sent with your goods.
  4. When returning goods please enclose the receipt, and a return’s note (with the member of staff spoken to on the phone) and all contact details (including daytime phone), and a note of why the goods are being returned. It is essential that this is filled out and attached to your original receipt when returning the item. If you do not enclose this information then your request will not be processed.
  5. Please ensure your items are returned in pristine condition, unused, in their original packaging. Computers should still be in their "sleep" mode.
  6. Please be aware that you are responsible for the goods until they are received by Aquanauts so we recommend to use an insured, trackable and recorded delivery method.
  7. Aquanauts will inspect the goods, and if not in re-saleable condition we may return the goods to you, or make a deduction according to their condition.
  8. If your goods are in perfect condition we will offer a full refund minus the cost of posting the original item to you.
  9. Please be aware that becuase of the high volume of christmas sales, it may take up to 28 days to process your return.
