Drybase from Fourth Element is designed to be the ultimate base layer. Cotton base layers trap water, any water kept against a divers skin makes any drysuit more similar to a wetsuit. Water is hard to warm up so a large amount of body heat is lost. Drybase combats this by being extremely fast wicking quickly removing moisture from a divers skin, making the diver themselves much dryer during a dive. This allows the undersuit used on top of the Drybase layer to work at maximum performance.
The Drybase Women's Vest Top is excellent for use in warm water where a full length top plus an undersuit may be too warm, or it can be added underneath a full length top for even more warmth and comfort on longer or colder dives without being hugely buoyant.
Women's Drybase is black in colour with flat pink stitching. Flat stitching allows the seams of the Drybase vest to lay flat against the skin for maximum comfort even when running a drysuit really tight.
