The Halcyon Defender Pro 200 is unique combination of the popular Halcyon Pathfinder Reel and Halcyon Defender Spools. The Defender Pro 200 holds 60m / 200ft of line and makes it an excellent tool for wreck diving where penetration may be more limited than in a cave, it also makes SMB deployment and long decompressions more comfortable as it is easier to hold onto than a spool. The Halcyon Defender Pro has all of the neat design features of the Pathfinder such as a neat guiding slot, knurled thumb screw and zero potential for the line to birds nest around the spool, but in a smaller package. The hole used to attach a boltsnap has been machined so that no matter which way the clip is attached it cannot come unclipped accidentally unlike the pathfinder. The handle also features a grove that a scout backup torch fits into perfectly, this makes exiting using the spool with a backup light much more secure, very reassuring when having to make your way out of a cave without a primary light.
