Corona Virus Customer Update

At this time the most important thing for us to do is keep our staff and customers safe so our shop is currently closed and boat trips are all suspended. The online shop remains open and we will continue to ship goods while adhering to safe guidelines. While we can't actually dive at present, we will be offering most of our diver training theory as PADI e-learning so you can get theory completed while we're in lockdown and as soon as we can safely do so we will get your pool and sea dives booked in.

Are orders still being sent out?

Yes, we're still very much open for orders and these are being shipped as normal.  If you have any queries please call 01752 228825 or email orders@aquanauts.co.uk

What about returns?

We have extended our returns period to 6 months from purchase so those shielding have time to return items when they are able to safely leave home to do so. Please hold onto any return items until the shop reopens and then we can process these for you as normal.

What about my training I had booked?

As soon as we are safely able to reopen we will be offering training dives 7 days a week to get caught up, luckily we have our own pool and the sea is always open so we'll get you trained in no time. Please use this time to work through your manuals and ensure all your theory is complete so once the lockdown is lifted we can get you out diving ASAP.

Can I still book training with you?

Absolutely we are offering Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and Divemaster Theory all online now via PADI e-learning as well as PADI specialities in Drysuit and Enriched Air, so you can sign up for a course today and start your theory almost immediately. Once we are safely able to conduct the confined and open water elements of your course we will contact you and get your pool and sea dives booked in.

What about boat bookings?

Those that have charters booked during the lockdown we apologise that we can't get you out at present, we will be speaking to you as soon as we are open again to look at getting your trip reorganised.

Can I get air fills?

I'm afraid we cannot offer recreational air fills at this time, we are continuing to offer fills to support other businesses that carry out essential underwater work such as the NMA to take care of the marine life within the aquarium. If you need fills for essential work please get in touch and we can organise these for you.
