Corona Virus Customer Update

At this time the most important thing for us is keep our staff and customers safe however steps are slowly being taken to get back to normal. The online shop is now running as usual with a few extra precautions in place to keep everyone safe. Our shop has reopened with additional safety measures customers can get fills and purchase goods as before, please see further details below for the steps we have taken to reduce risks within the shop.

Are orders still being sent out?

What about Dive training?

We have changed the majority of our courses to PADI e-learning for the theory section to eliminate the need for group classroom sessions, these can be booked online here PADI Courses.  We are able to carry out our confined water training at some shore sites and shore diving in reduce groups has been given the go ahead too.  This means we are slowly restarting our training sessions please get in touch with the centre to find out more.

Are Boat Trips running yet?

We are hopeful that it won't be too long until charter trips will be able to recommence..  As soon as we know more we will post on our website and facebook page to update you. 

Additional Procedures for Shop Purchases and Gas Fills

  • Only 2 customers in the shop at any time
  • Only enter if your are feeling well, free from covid symptoms and have not been asked to isolate
  • Please use face masks if you have them to protect staff and other customers
  • Please use hand sanitiser provided particularly before touching any products
  • Advise a staff member of anything you would like to try on so we can ensure goods are sanitised and quarantined if not purchased
  • Please pay by card wherever possible
  • If requiring a gas fill please drop cylinder inside the door, notify us of the required gas and wait outside, we will advise you when ready to collect
  • For the time being the staff toilet is unavailable to customers and we ask you not to enter any staff only areas
  • An increased cleaning schedule will be implemented throughout the day to reduce risks of surface contamination
