Pocket weight belts allow weight to be added or subtracted much more quickly that a webbing belt and the ability to use shot bags increases comfort. 2kg Lead Shot Bags are soft a flexible allowing them to contour themselves to your body rather than being a hard block. 2kg shot bags are likely to be the largest size to fit inside BCD trim weight pockets and work really well with integrated dive weight systems as they allow the BCD to flex as it is designed to rather being encumbered by two stiff strips of lead.
