Apeks XTX50 Octopus, identical to the popular XTX5- regulator but with high visibility yellow accent pieces.
Apeks XTX50 Octopus Second Stage
Identical to the popular and well renowned XTX50 second stage the XTX50 comes in a high visibility yellow colourway to aid identification. The feature that sets the XTX50 octopus apart is an adjustable cracking pressure which can be set to reduce free flows when not in use but can quickly be tuned so that the regular is extremely easy to breath from in times of need, the reversible venturi system also helps with this. The XTX50 octopus can be configured to have the hose coming to the left or right hand side of the regulator for lots of hose routing options. The yellow front cover is made using a two shot molding process which makes this highly critical component very robust. The diver can also change the exhaust tee on the XTX50 octopus, a small tee makes the second stage small whilst a bigger tee can be fitted that directs bubbles more effectively away from the divers face. Supplied with a 39" yellow hose.
