The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases:
- Knowledge development through independent study with the PADI Freediver eLearning
- Confined water session to learn breathhold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea, plus proper buddy procedures. Goal - static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 metres/80 feet.
- Open Water and immersion training
Minimum age for the course is 15.
Once qualified, you’re welcome to join us for regular training sessions, both at our local pool, from our local beaches, and on our recreational freediving trips from our boats to local dive sites.
Later on this year we will be offering the PADI Advanced Freediver course to PADI Freedivers interested in progressing further and looking to deepen their understanding of freediving, as well as furthering their depth, length and apnea abilities.
