SK7 Bungee Mount
The SK7 Bungee Mount is the easiest way of modifying your Suunto SK7 compass to bungee straps. The elastomeric material used in the SK7 mount is flexible enough to allow the SK7 to be fitted inside but remains in shape of its own accord, keeping your compass safe. Replacing the original strap with elastic bungee helps in two ways, firstly an elastic mount is much easier to put on, especially when wearing bulky dry gloves. Secondly unlike a standard strap a bungee mount is depth compensating eliminating the need to readjust your compass when reaching the bottom of the shotline.
