Add the XT Backplate Pad to your backplate helps to reduce wear on your exposure protect while making it more comfortable to carry rig at the surface. Mesh has been used in strategic places to allow quick and complete drainage when back at the surface so you are not carrying around excess weight. The XT Pad is resistant to compression to ensure the comfortable padding effects are still there at depth.
