APEKS WTX-D30 WITH ALUMINIUM BACKPLATE

The Apeks WTX D30 with Aluminium backplate kits you up with all you need  to dive single cylinders with eased control of buoyancy and trim.

Apeks WTX-D30 Wing, ideal for diving with 12 litre steel cylinders when wearing either a drysuit or wetsuit. The WTX-D30 wing is made with two shells. The outer bag is made from a 1000D Armorshield Cordura which is highly resistant to abrasion from the environment. The inner is made from a 22mil thick urethane which is very resistant to punctures. In combination these two materials provide excellent durability at a low weight. The WTX-D30 features a brass buttoned inflator which provides precise addition of air to the buoyancy cell. A single dump valve is fixed to the low left hand corner. This dump valve is extremely low profile ensuring that it doesn't get caught in tight spaces. The Apeks WTX-D30 has been made to perform in all environments at all times.

The Apeks Aluminium Backplate is made from 6061 grade aluminium with an anodized finish which is lightweight yet hardwearing. Aside from being made from a lighter material, the aluminium backplate is the same design as the steel backplate. It weighs just 0.78kg , ideal for travel and warm water diving, or any situation when you don’t need so much weight.
