  1. Any purchase of our products will be governed by these terms.
  2. All products are subject to availability.
  3. All orders submitted online are subject to acceptance by us & may be declined either all or in part at our absolute discretion and in the event that any such order is declined, the payment submitted with the order will be refunded as soon as possible.
  4. The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the products shall be those set out in the site but you should be aware that the images appearing on the website are not always accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in any price or other information without any liability. All pictures on our website are for graphic representation only and products shipped may differ slightly from images.
  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold any relevant qualifications from a recognized training organization before purchase.
  6. All advice or recommendations are followed entirely at your own risk.
  7. Goods on the Site may only be sold to persons aged 16 or over. In placing an order for any such goods you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. We reserve the right to refuse any order where satisfactory proof of age has not been provided.

Delivery Information

  1. In stock items will generally be dispatched the same day but some out of stock products may take longer, although we will call you if an item is out of stock with an expected delivery time and you can decide if you wish to proceed. All delivery dates are not guaranteed and are estimates only, although Aquanauts will always strive to make sure your goods are delivered within 3-7 working days. Aquanauts cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, DP Local or any other courier.
  2. Small items will be sent with Royal Mail on a 24 or 48 hour delivery and larger items will be sent out with DPD Local on a 24 hour overnight service,Twinsets will be sent with TNT on a 24 hour serice this time scale is for mainland UK.  Highlands, Chanel Islands and EU deliveries will be with DPD Local and take 2-3 business days.  We ship to counties worldwide and will quote delivery costs and timescale on a per order basis to ensure we offer the best rate possible.
  3. Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 10 days of delivery after which it will be assumed you have accepted the goods.
  4. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the time they are delivered.
  5. For UK couriered consignments we reserve the right to charge a GBP15 (£15) charge for redirection to an address other then the delivery address specified in your original order. If no delivery address is specified consignments will automatically be sent to the billing address.
  6. FREE and Express UK mainland deliveries with an order value over £40 (see exceptions * ** http://www.aquanauts.co.uk/free-delivery)  will normally be sent using an DPD Local courier or Royal Mail. 2 delivery attempts will be made to the specified address, at which point your goods will be held in the nearest depot for collection for 3 days, during this time a 3rd attempt may be arranged through Aquanauts at a cost of £8. If not collected the goods will be returned to Aquanauts, and we will refund your item minus charges of up to £15 for all incurred courier costs.
  7. We do not accept any liability for delays caused by items that are out of stock at the time the order is placed, although we will call you if an item is out of stock with an expected delivery time and you can decide if you wish to proceed.
  8. Please note if your parcel is left in another location at your request, without a signature, you forfeit your right to make any claim with ourselves or the courier in the event of loss or damage.
  9. Although an item may show "In Stock" on-line, it may be out of stock due to the high volume of sales. Please contact 01752 228825 to check stock levels before ordering any item that is required in a specific time frame.
  10. All stated delivery times are estimated from date of dispatch, but please be aware that we can't be liable for delays outside of our control.
  11. Orders must be placed before 11am (Monday - Friday) to ensure items are dispatched that day.
  12. Our delivery service does not include weekends, which can be arrange with an additional cost. Please contact the shop 01752 228825 to obtain price.

Warranties & Liability

  1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not have any liability for the content of any other websites linking into this site.
  2. All products supplied, conform to all relevant British and European standards.
      • If there is a defect in any of the products then we will replace the defective products free of charge or if you choose not to have a replacement you are entitled to a full refund of the price of the product (or a proportionate part of the price). Your statutory rights are unaffected.
      • We will use all our power to ensure that the Site remains available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or will be error free. We therefore cannot accept any liability for any failure or non-availability of the Site.
      • We do not accept, and hereby exclude to the fullest extent permissible under law, any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage including, but not limited to, any loss of data, profit, revenue or business however caused. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as excluding or limiting liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.



Returning unwanted, wrong size or faulty goods

  1. No quibble 14 day money back guarantee - provided it hasn't been used, or activated and the original packaging is still pristine, contact us, return the goods and once checked we'll refund your order, please allow 7 working days for refunds to be preocessed. This period is extended to 28 days for orders placed between the 1st of December and the 1st of January. From 23rd March 2020 any goods ordered will be subject to a 6 month return period to allow time for those sheilding who can't safely return goods sooner.
  2. If any product that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct size for you then we will exchange it for the correct size provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing (if applicable) "as new" within 14 days. If there is a problem then contact Aquanauts immediately to speak to one of our team.
  3. If any product that is purchased is faulty we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us. The replacement is at the discretion of the management/technician. Please note that fault during use, such as flooding, may require goods to be returned to manufacturer for warranty confirmation.
  4. We want you to be confident that you have the full support of our technical team when making a purchase and that should any product prove to be faulty we will ensure it is repaired and returned to you with the least disruption. Should you believe that any product you have purchased from us is faulty, first contact us letting us know the problem, giving us as much detail as you can and one of our team will let you know of the best action to take. If the item needs to be returned we will do everything to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. (This will not affect your statutory rights).
  5. Please contact Aquanauts before returning any unwanted items. A full refund can be issued for any unused returned goods. 
  6. We can not refund goods that are personalised, custom made or made to measure for you.  
  7. Special order items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  8. Please contact Aquanauts before returning any items. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then a free exchange can be made. Postage will not be free on the return item.
  9. When returning goods please enclose the receipt, and a return’s note (with the member of staff spoken to on the phone) and all contact details (including daytime phone), and a note of why the goods are being returned. It is essential that this is filled out and attached to your original receipt when returning the item. If you do not enclose this information then your request will not be processed.
  10. Please be aware that any bag damaged in transit on an airline is the responsibility of the airline and NOT the manufacturer. We advise all customers to report any damage/compensation directly to the airline.



  1. If goods are to be shipped or used overseas, then it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is able to be shipped to and used in your country. Also that you have the correct qualifications to purchase the items.
  2. We only offer refunds on faulty goods to countries outside of the European Union.
  3. Incorrectly sized items (suits and BCD’s) (excludes cylinders) dispatched inside or outside the United Kingdom and inside the European Union can be swapped but customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us and then the return carriage costs, to return the goods back to the customer. If any product that is purchased is faulty we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge or a full refund.
  4. Consignments dispatched to addresses outside of the UK may only be sent to the registered billing address as held by your credit card company.
  5. For all SCUBAPRO and UWATEC products: Delivery only to addresses in the EEA (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom).
  6. Due to it being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays due to customs issues and/or for any excise duties levied on a consignment.


  1. Any order made from the UK or EU will incur 20% VAT unless exempt e.g. BFPO or European Businesses.
  2. Please note that a 2.5% handling fee (or a minimum of £5) is charged on all Aquanauts VAT refunds to cover the processing costs. The handling fee is calculated againest the full value of the order.


  1. You may cancel your order and receive a refund within 10 days of receiving the goods. A deduction may be made from the refund to cover the direct costs of collecting the goods where they have not been returned, as requested, by the consumer.
  2. To cancel or return all or part of an order you must notify us immediately by telephone.

Privacy Policy

  1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the data protection act 2018 
  2. We do not store any credit card details on our site as all transactions are carried out by Paypal and Worldpay on their platforms to ensure security of your data.
  3. We will only collect information given at the time of ordering or registering, we keep your name address, email and telephone number so we can contact you about your order and keep a record of the goods you have purchased from us.  
  4. We will only contact you with special offers or promotional items via email if you have chosen to opt in to these communications from us.  You can opt out at any time by selecting unsubscribe to an email or contacting us at orders@aquanauts.co.uk to request to be removed from our contact list.
  5. Your personal details are not shared with any other company.

Professional training and certification from a reputable diving agency in the technique of scuba diving must be successfully carried out before use of our products featured on the website.


Any equipment purchased and received from Aquanauts is done so on the understanding that the customer/purchaser is fully trained and in the use of the scuba equipment and holds the relevant qualifications.
