Here at Aquanauts we want you to be happy with your new order, but if for any reason its not right we offer a no quibble returns guarantee. You have 30 days from the date you received the item to get it back to us, please enclose a copy of your order form and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. All we ask is that when goods are returned to us its in an unused, resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
We can arrange a return via DPD Local shops, which will encore a cost. Please conatct the shop for details.

Items bought in a specific sale (such as a Clearance Sale) are subject to a 14 day returns policy rather than our normal 30 days.
The process is however the same: 14 days from the date you received the item to get it back to us, please enclose a copy of your order form and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days back onto the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. If goods are returned to us that are not in a resalable condition or have been used we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a refund at a reduce price, returning items to you in these circumstances will be at your cost.
If your order turned out to be not quite right we are happy to offer an exchange, please return the item in the usual way and let us know what you'd like in its place, we will get the right product out to you ASAP. This service is free on your first exchange. If you wish to exchange again there will be a delivery cost.
Sadly sometimes it does happen that an item is damaged in transit or doesn't work quite as it should. If your delivery box looks damaged please make a note of this with the courier when accepting delivery. Its always a good idea to take a picture of any damage before you open the package too. Please contact us straight away if it seems an item has been damaged while in transit.
If a product turns out to be faulty please let us know by emailing email@example.com and we will liaise with you to organise its return and replacement or refund. We will cover the return fee, either by organising a collection or refunding your postage costs this will be determined when you advise us of the fault.
Returning your item
Please package your item carefully to avoid any damage to the goods and return it to us via a tracked and insured service as we are not responsible for it until it reaches us here at our centre. We ask that you do not write on the products packaging as this means we can not resell the goods. Please ensure you have included a copy of your original order details. If the goods are damaged on the return journey to us we may unfortunately have to refuse a refund and return them to you at your cost.
DPD Local Drop Off Service
DPD Local offer a great service to allow you to drop off at a shop local to you to return items to us. This service costs from £12.00 for up to 20kg, please find more details here DPD Local enter your details then select the Drop Off at a Shop option.
