The Cressi Back Weight Vest offers you the option of spreading out your weights more evenly around your back rather than the traditional weight belt. This is particularly handy in colder climates where more weight is carried to compensate for your thick wetsuits. By spreading the weight, you improve your trim, making duck dives easier and streamlining your position underwater for longer breath holds. 

This is a ballast holder backplate with quick release buckles and 6 handy pockets for traditional ballast or spherical lead weights. Made from high density neoprene to eliminate trim variations and ensures better weight retention. The quick-release system on this vest is via the two shoulder strap buckles, which will drop the vest when released.
