Halcyon Closed Alert Marker SMB 4.5 foot Red

The Halcyon 4.5ft Alert Marker is made to the same exacting standard as all Halcyon products, giving great piece of mind that your only contact with the surface is going to be there each and every time. The Halcyon 4.5 SMB measures in at 4.5 feet in length with can be spotted in most conditions that you would actually want to go diving in. The volume of the 4.5 Alert Marker also makes filling it from around 20m an easy task while still ensuring it reaches the surface full and taut.

The Halcyon 4.5 SMB is made from a high visibility orange coated nylon that is resistant to UV damage and is thin enough to be illuminated with a torch when at the surface of a night dive. A large stainless steel boltsnap at the end makes the perfect position to attach a spool or reel and is also a good attachment point for anything you might be trying to lift. At the top of the buoy is a clear plastic sleeve that is the perfect size for a light stick, this is particularly useful when night diving as it still allows the top of the buoy to be seem. A SOLAS rated reflective strip is fitted around 15cm from the top and helps to pick the SMB out in poor conditions.
