The first two sessions of this entry-level PADI certification are made up of the PADI Basic Freediver course and includes access to the PADI Freediver Touch portal so that you can begin your knowledge development on registration. In the additional open water sessions of this course, students graduate to spending time in the ocean and learn the new techniques of Equalisation, Free Immersion and Constant Weight apnea. You’ll practice your newly acquired skills with a qualified instructor, build your confidence and start to dive deeper and longer. This course is a great option if you’re a beginner or if you have already been out Freediving or Spearfishing on your own, but have never undertaken a training course with a qualified instructor to learn the key techniques correctly.Consisting of more in-depth theory than the 1-day course, there will be 3 in-water sessions, plus the breathing workshop. If we have time, we’ll also include a recreational dive to explore the local reefs and marine ecology. (subject to conditions)
