This is the option to start your PADI Open Water Course with us here at Aquanauts, and then finish the course elsewhere, for example in a warmer country if you are going away on holiday. We will send through the PADI eLearning for the course, for your own self-study and then you will spend a day in the swimming pool, practising all of your confined skills in preparation for the open water dives and complete your 10 minute survival float and 200m swim. We will also teach you how to safely set up your dive equipment and disassemble after diving.

Following this Referral Course, you will receive a referral form detailing all of the skills you have completed, which you can take to a PADI Dive Centre anywhere in the world and complete your four open water dives wherever you choose. Please note, the way the referral is dealt with will be dependent on the dive centre. Your next instructor may ask you to repeat some skills to them in order to personally gauge your competence in the water.
